The Hoopbus visits The Grind League in Lorain, Ohio
The Grind League, Darius Winborn, (AKA DJ D*Grind), and other community leaders jumped on the bus and gave the Hoopbus a tour of three landmark parks in the city of Lorain, OH. Showing them where our local community is today and where we see it going in the future. To have a premium organization like the Hoopbus, assist us in our projects and even play basketball with our Mayor Jack Bradley in front of the City Hall building! This showed us that we can make a difference in our community with the correct approach and proven consistency. This day marked history for us and the city of Lorain, Ohio. We hope it opens door for our future.
A creative, artistic organization that brings local communities through the love of basketball, Hoop Bus showed up for their first time in Lorain, OH and made history! Without The Hoop Bus, the Oakwood Park basketball court painting would not have happened! They helped provide resources, connected us to Zermillion; our lead painter and instructor, and provided The Grind Leaue with essential “GetMotiv” energy which gave us the confidence to proceed the Oakwood Park basketball court painting with success!
